PKR 98 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

PKR 98 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating at pkr98.im, designed specifically for players in Pakistan. The platform offers a range of games including Teen Patti, Poker, Roulette, Crash Games, Aviator, Virtual Sports, and Betting Odds, along with associated account services, payment processing, and customer support.

These Terms apply to all use of the pkr 98 platform, website, mobile interface, and any related services. Accessing any part of pkr 98 constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, whether or not you complete registration. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, though we strongly recommend that all players manage their own accounts personally.

PKR 98 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of pkr 98 after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pkr 98, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR 98 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from gaming by any regulatory authority or self-exclusion arrangement you have previously entered.
• You must be registering your own account for personal use only — registration on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

PKR 98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if we have reason to suspect that eligibility conditions are not being met. Standard verification documents accepted include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), NICOP for overseas Pakistanis, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Your Account at PKR 98

Each player may hold only one account on pkr 98. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your login password, and any security codes associated with your payment methods. PKR 98 will never ask for your password over chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact pkr 98 support immediately at support@pkr98.im.

Your pkr 98 account balance represents a real-money credit held in Pakistani Rupees on your behalf. This balance is not transferable to another player's account and cannot be used outside the pkr 98 platform.

PKR 98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that: violates these Terms; engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour; is connected to chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspicious transaction patterns; or is subject to a valid legal order requiring closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr 98 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions, no dollar-denominated accounts, and no hidden exchange margins. The balance you see in your pkr 98 wallet is always in PKR.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and Bank IBFT; Rs 500 via Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr 98 wallet in real time in most cases. Occasional delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during peak transaction periods.
• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. PKR 98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• PKR 98 does not charge internal deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own standard service charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts, 24/7.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 4 business hours during banking hours.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts in the same name as the pkr 98 account.
• PKR 98 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing unusually large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR 98 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all bonuses on pkr 98 are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your pkr 98 account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited unless a different expiry is stated. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are listed in the specific promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pkr 98 — including Teen Patti, Poker, Roulette, Crash Games, Aviator, Virtual Sports, and Betting Odds — are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.

PKR 98 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all digital card, dice, and wheel-based games. Our RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits to verify statistical fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments using real equipment and trained human dealers.

In the event of a technical failure — such as a network interruption, server error, or game client crash during an active game round — pkr 98 will attempt to restore the game to its state before the disconnection occurred. Where this is not possible, the round will be void and any stake placed will be returned to your wallet. This policy applies uniformly across all game types on pkr 98.

Settled results are final. PKR 98 will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of proven technical error on our side. Player disputes about settled results must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

07 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr 98 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or residency.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in multiplayer games such as Poker and Teen Patti on pkr 98.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other methods that violate the spirit of the promotion.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr 98 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pkr 98 platform.

The PKR 98 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Use of these marks in any external context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — without prior written consent from pkr 98 is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

PKR 98 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance, network conditions outside our control, and third-party service dependencies (such as payment providers) may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr 98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of pkr 98 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

PKR 98 is not responsible for losses or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider outages.

11 Privacy & Data

PKR 98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at pkr98.im/privacy-policy. By registering on pkr 98, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

The categories of data we collect include registration information (name, phone number, email address, date of birth), identity verification documents (CNIC or equivalent), financial transaction records, gameplay history, and device and session data for security and fraud prevention purposes.

PKR 98 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors necessary to execute transactions, identity verification service providers, and — where legally required — regulatory or law enforcement authorities. All data sharing is governed by the full Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

PKR 98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players with at least 7 days' advance notification via email or in-platform alert before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform. Continued use of pkr 98 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pkr 98 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process should be submitted to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
